How to Get Clear Beautiful Skin Now!
What if I told you cultures around the world have secrets to Clear Beautiful skin? Here you can learn about some of them. If you’re lucky, you can find skincare products that contain many of these same ingredients.
Wakame Kelp
In Japan, wakame kelp is a favorite food and is also valued as a “beauty preserver”. Scientific evaluation has shown that the kelp contains 15 times more calcium than milk, as well as a good amount of sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc and iron. These minerals help to maintain the skin’s moisture balance, just as they do in the other cells of the body.
The kelp is also a good source of many of the B vitamins and contains a little vitamin C. The body cannot produce strong collagen fibers without an adequate source of vitamin C. It’s even a good source of protein, when compared to other vegetables and contains omega3 fatty acids, as well.
All of these nutrients are important to clear Beautiful skin, but not only when we consume them. If we use creams that contain nutrients, they will nourish the skin’s cells, which are basically starving, all of the time. The outermost of the skin’s layers have no blood vessels. They only get a little nourishment that rises up from the dermis layer, which does have blood vessels, and a little bit from the nutrients present in sebum, the skin’s natural lubricant.
The most exciting thing that has been learned about wakame kelp is that it inhibits the activity of an enzyme that would normally break down our skin’s hyaluronic acid, which is responsible for its strength. Levels of hyaluronic acid normally become lower with age and we start to see sagging.
Shea Butter
To many people Shea butter is not a secret. They have been using it for clear beautiful skin for many years. It is primarily used as a night cream to reduce scars, brown spots and heal blemishes, quickly. It is extracted from the fruit of the Shea tree, found in central Africa. It has natural anti-inflammatory activity, which is important for preventing and healing blemishes. Both it and compounds found in wakame kelp provide some natural protection from UV rays of sunlight.
Active Manuka Honey
Active manuka honey is highly valued for its anti-bacterial and antioxidant activity. It is bacteria that cause pimples and most blemishes. Black heads are caused by the oxidation of keratin. So, a night cream that contains manuka honey can address both of these things and help you have the clear beautiful skin that you want. Manuka honey comes to us from New Zealand.
Avocado
The avocado tree grows in tropical environments and has a long history of cultivation in Central and South America. This is another highly nutritious food that has been used to relieve sunburn and other types of skin irritation. It contains many of the nutrients found in kelp, but is also a good source of essential fatty acids, a natural moisturizer.
Make no mistake about it. All of these ingredients can be found in some of the best products for clear beautiful skin. It just takes a little effort to find them.

How can you get clear/beautiful skin?Hello everyone,
Other than eating healthy & drinking plenty of water, what can you do to get beautiful-clear skin?
Any home-made treatments?
thanks alot
p.s: I don't have zits or anything on my face, but I want a way to make it "glow" & look really clear & beautiful.
try Retin-A. a doctor has to prescribe it.References : personal experience
For blotchy skin try Vita-K solution. It takes about 2 weeks for results to be seen, but it really works. To achieve a healthy glow, use Palmers Cocoa Butter soap. Wash your face in the morning and at night. Also try an exfoliating mask from Mary Kay or Avon (I would recommend Mary Kay). Leave the mask on for about 10 minutes and rinse off; the results will be seen instantly (trust). Also try a facial peel once or twice a week (visit your local Macy's for the best deals). Get a little sunlight (this also works if you're black). You would be surprised how dull your skin becomes when you avoid the lovely outdoors.References :
1.Mashed banana
2.Mashed avocado
3.Egg whites
I've tried all of these, they are great!
(don't use all 3 at once, they are all separate facials)

The best way to make your skin glow is from the inside out. Meaning that being healthy on the inside will show through your skin.
Getting enough Vitamin C, D and zinc are extremely beneficial to your skin.
Doing an occasional fast
Eating healthier.
Exercise makes you sweat and works like a sauna to clean out your skin.References :
*first –remove all makeup n u should clean it well " 2 spoons of milk n honey " clean ur skin with it n wash it.
*second — put " a little olive oil on some white sugar " it works as a scrub , massage ur face with it gently to remove any black dots.
*third — boil water n let the vapor come into ur skin " put a towel at ur head back, so the vapor don't leak" that will worm ur skin n open it
*4th — put any mask u think ur skin need " neutriant , exfoliating , moisturizing …..etc." (take care of the eye and area around it) n don't massage the skin strongly. while this u can put potato slice or cold tea backet on the eye n relax.
*5th — after washing ur face (n don't 4get the neck by the way in all previous steps) put any toner or "water flower".
then put a face cream gently ,n that's it.References :
I am not a fan of home made things for your face as I fear it's so sensitive and some things aren't 'tested' for your face.
BUT I am a huge believer in solid products and a regime for glowing skin.
I use an anti aging line by Arbonne (All natural)
Some other affordable items are Booths products (at Rite aid)
Boots (Target) or Berts Bee – you'd need a wash, toner and good cream and instead of using a heavy foundation use a mineral powder and or tinted moisturizer – (more glowing and better for you).References :
Use the Natura Essence skin range. It's 100% natural, organic and doesn't have parabens or any other nasties in it. It detoxifies your skin and just makes your skin perfect and glow.
Since I started using the system I have gotten tons of compliments on my skin.
